The Inno Under 25 awards recognize founders, entrepreneurs, innovators, and leaders under 25 who are making a significant impact in the tech industry in the Denver area. Frank was selected for her inventive solutions that played a key role in the successful launch and achievements of Pax8’s newly established Social Impact Team, propelling a significant increase in global employee participation in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) and philanthropic initiatives.

This initiative involved a transformative overhaul of the company’s six Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), turning them into vibrant platforms that promote DEIB, and collaboration throughout the organization. Additionally, Frank innovatively launched a Global Giving program within the social impact framework, providing employees with a means to donate or volunteer to over 400 social causes. Through the implementation of creative fundraising strategies and a streamlined donation process, Frank bolstered employee participation and generosity. This initiative has not only raised significant funds for social causes but has also motivated employees globally to actively participate in philanthropic endeavors.
