When you apply to join the Pax8 Marketplace, you automatically join the waitlist. If the vendor team determines you’re fit for the Pax8 Marketplace, a member of the vendor team will reach out to you. Pax8 reviews every application for strategic fit, evaluating alignment with SMB demand, channel momentum and how your product complements the current Marketplace.
Each approved vendor is manually onboarded by our vendor team to ensure the best strategic fit within the Pax8 Marketplace. Because we prioritize long-term alignment and Marketplace needs, waitlist and onboarding timelines can vary.
The Pax8 Marketplace is a curated ecosystem and not an open catalog. We intentionally manage which products are introduced into the Vendor Marketplace to maintain quality, strategic alignment and a strong partner experience. This approach protects the value of being listed, so when your product goes live, it enters an ecosystem where partners already trust what they discover.
