Following a year-long data cleanup and cloud security initiative for the law firm, Simpatico built a Copilot AI agent to transform case management. “Data cleanup was crucial for capitalizing on AI and automation. Outcomes and Results

 

The Copilot agent delivered immediate, measurable results. Paralegals per attorney dropped from 2.7 to one and decisions to take on new cases went from five days to same-day. “Firm staff initially found it challenging, but it freed them to focus on other tasks, speeding up business processes that had been slower before,” says Cory. 

Success rates soared as well. “We track five outcomes: faster, cheaper, better employee experience, better customer experience and visibility. Win rates increased from 40–45% to over 65%,” Cory reports.
