Infinity Group’s win didn’t happen overnight. In 2024, they were a finalist for the Global Partner of the Year award in Business Central. With organizations all over the globe competing for Partner of the Year awards, that’s no small feat in and of itself.
They took that as a signal to double down on their commitment to excellence, making strategic investments in marketing, expanding their team and deepening their partnership with Pax8.

- Expanding their team to 10, with dedicated heads driving each workload (Azure, Dynamics365, Modern Work, Security)

Infinity Group’s strategy has been to lead with AI agents in Business Central and with sales and service agents supporting human-in-the-loop workflows. Business Central serves as a strategic entry point for clients before expanding into other workloads, driving cross-sell with AI business solutions, cloud and AI platforms, and security.
To really become experts in Microsoft, Infinity Group became their own customer zero. By re-platforming their entire business to Microsoft’s stack, including Business Central, they unified data and streamlined workflows so every employee could speak from experience. As CEO Rob Young put it, “We’re using the software our customers are using. Everyone in the business can now talk to them about the challenges they face. We are living them too.”
Their year-over-year results speak volumes:
- 312% growth in Business Central
- 549% Copilot growth
- 97.8% growth in Azure Consumption Revenue
- 2,000+ hours saved annually through internal AI agent deployment
- £1M+ projected annual savings from re-platforming to Microsoft technologies
Innovation That Drives Growth
Infinity Group’s success is rooted in their ability to deliver repeatable, scalable solutions that drive real business outcomes. Their BCQuick, Flex and Scale offerings for fast ERP deployment reduced time-to-value for clients and Microsoft both from 6–12 months to just 8–12 weeks.
Meanwhile, they developed their PIONEER methodology to support the successful implementation of multi-line projects, including Business Central and related Microsoft cloud technologies. This empowered them to help clients stick to budgets and reduce change requests, netting an improved NPS of 65, compared with the industry average of 47.
Their work across industries like housing, manufacturing, utilities and professional services have positively impacted their clients in myriad ways. For instance, they were able to deliver for their client Chemring a highly customized Business Central solution tailored to defense that included precise warehousing and inventory controls. As a result, they saw a 17% increase in inventory tracking accuracy and an 80% reduction in compliance prep time.
