As Cloud Capital’s financial management practice grew, onboarding and transitioning AWS accounts became a major bottleneck. The manual process created inefficiencies and risk at every stage, including:

To eliminate manual effort and reduce risk, Pax8 partnered with Cloud Capital to implement a fully automated AWS onboarding and governance framework using Pax8 Account Factory Automation.
Key capabilities included:
- Pre-configured landing zones with built-in security guardrails and tagging policies
- Automated provisioning workflows fully integrated with the Pax8 ordering system
- Standardized tagging aligned to FinOps best practices for clear financial visibility
- Preventive and detective governance controls using SCPs, CloudTrail and Organization Services Delegated Administrator
