A Year of Growth

Thousands of new partners joined Pax8 in 2025 and our expansion across Europe enables us to provide partners with local support and resources; while remaining part of the global Pax8 community. Growth is accelerating and we are committed to sustaining this momentum.
- Pax8 welcomed thousands of new partners across EMEA in 2025.
- Achieved a three-year revenue growth of 239%, while global headcount more than doubled across North America, EMEA and APAC (2021 to 2024).
- Globally, Pax8 now serves more than 47,000 partners, with EMEA growth continuing to rise.
- More than 20 new vendors were added to the Pax8 Marketplace in 2025, providing partners with greater choice and opportunity.
- Established new offices in Zurich and Dublin, and deployed experienced sales teams to deliver local, in-person support and foster collaboration.
- Expanded into Ireland, Switzerland and Denmark, reinforcing our commitment to regional partner success.
Learning and Community
Partners using Pax8 Academy are prioritising AI education, demonstrating that data-driven strategies are essential for competitiveness. Pax8 Academy remained the cornerstone for MSP enablement, with the following classes achieving the highest attendance:
- UK and Ireland: Pax8 Data and AI Masterclass
- DACH and Baltics regions: Pax8 Cybersecurity NIS2 Masterclass
- BeNeLux: Pax8 Sales Masterclass
In the Nordic Cybersecurity Masterclasses series, 2025 set a new record for the highest ratings so far. In addition, the most popular Academy content was “Why Microsoft One Cloud” in BeNeLux and the Nordics, and “Why Businesses Need a Data and AI Strategy” in the UK and Ireland.
2025 marked the rise of the Managed Intelligence Provider (MIP). The Pax8 MIP Playbook became the definitive guide for MSPs evolving into MIPs, architects of agentic, AI-powered transformation. MIPs go beyond managing services. They orchestrate intelligence, deploy autonomous AI agents and deliver measurable business outcomes. The Playbook outlines five key plays: Discover, Buy, Build, Sell and Manage, enabling partners to monetise AI confidently.
Pax8 Professional Services has been instrumental in advancing the MIP vision, enabling partners to deliver modular, outcome-driven transformation for SMBs. Professional Services delivered over 230 projects across the EMEA partner ecosystem from January to November 2025. The three core service offerings consistently driving partner and customer success across EMEA were:
- Microsoft Azure Landing Zone and Azure Virtual Desktop. Helped partners migrate on-premises solutions to Azure and deliver secure, scalable cloud environments with remote work capabilities and simplified IT management.
- Microsoft 365 Device Management – Intune. Enabled partners to drive Business Premium upsell and streamline endpoint management through centralised device control, automated provisioning and enhanced security.
- Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness Assessment. Prepared partners and customers for responsible AI adoption by assessing data governance and creating a roadmap for successful Copilot integration.

At Beyond EMEA 2025, held in Amsterdam, Pax8 honoured top-performing partners and vendors across the region for their outstanding contributions to empowering SMBs through the Pax8 Marketplace. The event spotlighted innovation, education and community with award ceremonies recognising excellence across multiple categories.
