When we launched Pax8 Voyager Alliance in 2024, the goal was simple: to create a partner program that could grow with you. One that gives managed service providers (MSPs) and managed intelligence providers (MIPs) the right mix of enablement, education and support, based on where you are today and where you want to go next. Now, we’ve expanded the program with Voyager Alliance Rewards, a new benefit that helps you get even more from your Pax8 partnership.
Introducing Voyager Alliance Rewards
Voyager Alliance Rewards adds a new layer of value to Voyager Alliance. Built into the Pax8 Marketplace, it rewards you for the business you’re already doing and gives you more ways to earn as you move up through Voyager Alliance tiers.
How Voyager Alliance Rewards Works
Eligible partners earn points each month based on your Voyager Alliance tier. You can learn more about the Voyager Alliance Program here.
Voyage Alliance Tiers
For each tier, you’ll earn the following number of points each month:
- Ignite: 250 points
- Velocity: 500 points
- Titan: 1,000 points (+1% earn on monthly spend)
- Galactic: 1,500 points (+2% earn on monthly spend)
Redeeming Your Points
Partners can redeem points on a rotating selection of vendor-funded and Pax8-curated offers for credits on your invoice. Once you purchase an eligible product, you can redeem points in your Rewards dashboard. You’ll see credits applied after a 45-day validation period, as long as the offer requirements and program terms are met.
You can track your points, view your redemption history and access available rewards from your Rewards dashboard in the Pax8 Marketplace.

Voyager Alliance has always been designed to support partners at different stages of growth. Our Rewards program builds on that idea in a practical way.
The Rewards program is designed to fit naturally into your day-to-day business, with points tied directly to Marketplace activity, training and ongoing engagement. So, as you expand into new solutions and vendor offers, you get more opportunities to earn rewards that can support what comes next for your business.
Am I Eligible for Voyager Alliance Rewards?
The Voyager Alliance Rewards program is available to partners in the Ignite, Velocity, Titan and Galactic tiers who are in good standing with Pax8. To start earning, you’ll need to opt in through the Pax8 Marketplace. Enrollment isn’t automatic, so opting in is the step that gets you started.
Points expire on a rolling 12-month basis and have no cash value, so we encourage you to use them regularly.
