How it works
You will be assigned to one of five distinct tiers within Pax8 Voyager Alliance based on your current spend with Pax8, including both subscriptions and arrears services. Each tier offers a tailored range of benefits designed to enhance your experience and drive your success, ensuring that the support and services you receive align with the size and complexity of your business.
The program includes four partner tiers – Ignite, Velocity, Titan, and Galactic – as well as a fifth “membership” tier called the Alliance Member. Alliance Members are required to pay a Marketplace fee, granting them access to the Marketplace of the future and other exciting benefits of the Pax8 Voyager Alliance.

Pax8 is always evolving. In 2025, we’ll introduce enhanced and premium support experiences to better meet your needs. Our support levels will include:
- Standard: Virtual and live agent chat support, along with web and knowledge base access, available 24/7/365, plus live phone support, ensuring comprehensive assistance.
- Elevated: Offers improved Service Level Agreements and 24/7/365 on-call escalation services for urgent issues.
- Premium: Combines all previous services with access to a dedicated team of support specialists who will become familiar with your team, providing personalized, proactive support.
Easy access to vendor Not for Resale (NFR) licenses
Enjoy streamlined access to “NFR” licenses, free software licenses provided by vendors for internal use, demonstrations, or testing. This allows you to experiment with new software at no cost, enhance client presentations with hands-on demonstrations, and test solutions to ensure they fit your needs before making a purchase. Additionally, you can stay ahead of technology trends and use these licenses for internal training, all of which help reduce costs and improve your service offerings.

Pax8 Academy
Pax8 Academy provides a comprehensive library of educational content available to all members and partners through the Academy On-Demand platform. While everyone enrolled in the program, including both members and partners, can access this valuable content, tiered partners—specifically those in the Ignite, Velocity, Titan, and Galactic tiers—receive access to elevated Academy offerings such as Instructor-Led courses, Peer Groups, and Business Coaching, depending on location.

On-Demand courses

Depending on your tier, partners will receive exclusive passes to Pax8 Beyond, the channel’s favorite partner event that connects you with industry leaders while offering unmatched learning, engagement, and entertainment. Alliance members will also gain access to a variety of Pax8 events, including Launch Briefings and Mission Briefings, Microsoft and AWS Bootcamps, and more. No matter where you are on your cloud journey, we’ve curated our events to meet the needs of every partner.

Elevate your capabilities with Pax8 Professional Services, available to Ignite, Velocity, Titan and Galactic partners. Marketing Development Funds (MDF)
Maximize your growth potential with Marketing Development Funds (MDF), available at select tiers. These funds are designed to support your marketing and expansion initiatives, helping you drive business growth and achieve your strategic goals. To unlock MDF, you’ll need to demonstrate how the funds have been used to facilitate your company’s expansion, ensuring that your investments are effectively aligned with your growth objectives. By leveraging MDF, you can boost your marketing efforts, reach new audiences, and accelerate your business development, all while showcasing the tangible impact of your initiatives.
Pax8 Partner Voice
Join the exclusive Pax8 Partner Voice, where you can directly influence the Pax8 roadmap and contribute to the evolution of our offerings. This is your chance to respond to surveys, participate in beta opportunities, and even meet Pax8 executives, ensuring that your voice is heard and your needs are addressed. As a partner, you’ll engage in Partner Voice initiatives, providing feedback through surveys and focus groups. Titan and Galactic partners will gain access to the Advisory Council—an exclusive, invite-only opportunity to meet with Pax8 regularly to discuss initiatives and impact high-level decisions. By participating in this invitation-only network, you not only help shape our future innovations but also gain access to exclusive resources and insights that can further enhance your business success.

The Voyager Alliance experience
For our existing, transacting partners, your tier will be determined by the trailing three months of recurring subscription and arrears purchases. On November 4th, you’ll be able to view your tier and its details in the Pax8 Voyager Alliance tab in your Marketplace Partner Profile. Only partner admins and primary admins will have access to the total purchase amount.
New partners will start in the launch tier and undergo a 90-day evaluation period, after which they’ll be assigned a level based on purchases made during that time. Partners will retain the perks of the highest level achieved throughout the calendar year.
As part of this launch, several updates will go live in November. To offset credit card fees in the Americas, we will implement a surcharge. For Alliance Members in the first tier, where spending doesn’t fully cover the cost of the experience we deliver, a small fee—similar to the price of a Netflix subscription—will ensure we continue providing a world-class experience.
These changes align with industry best practices and enable us to invest further in new programs, technology, and services. By doing so, we can continue to elevate the Pax8 experience and set new standards that surprise and delight our partners.
