Beyond EMEA 2026 Starts With Intention

Pax8

Beyond EMEA began with purpose as partners came together for a full day of focused learning, practical conversations and meaningful connections.
Day One set the direction for the event, giving partners dedicated time to explore the ideas, strategies and challenges shaping their businesses and the wider channel.

Across sessions on AI, business growth and workplace culture, attendees explored practical ways to strengthen their businesses, create new opportunities and prepare for the days ahead.

The topics varied, but one theme carried through the day: the strongest businesses are being built with intention.

Here are three ideas that shaped Day One at Beyond EMEA.

1. Partners Are Being Asked to Think Bigger About AI

The Microsoft ecosystem is moving fast, giving partners a clear opportunity to keep pace with change and turn it into growth.

The Microsoft Pre-Day: The Future of Microsoft Growth: Building Profitable Practices and Intelligent Agents explored where the Microsoft partner opportunity is heading and how partners can position themselves to capture it. Attendees examined growth opportunities across Microsoft’s solution areas while learning how programmes, incentives and partner success strategies can help drive stronger business outcomes.

The conversation then shifted from opportunity to application. Through a practical introduction to intelligent agents, attendees rolled up their sleeves for a hands-on Agent Buildathon led by Microsoft-certified trainers. Using Copilot Studio and Power Automate, teams built customer-ready copilots and workflow agents, putting real-world AI skills into action in a scored lab. Designed for audiences across both technical and business roles, the session made agent development feel far more accessible and far less intimidating.

The takeaway: AI is changing business, and partners have a growing opportunity to help customers put that change to work.

2. Growth Starts with Clarity

Many businesses know they want to grow. Far fewer know exactly what’s standing in their way.

Academy Accelerator: The Taster challenged attendees to take a closer look at their businesses through the lenses of Discovery, Identity, Performance and Commercial Growth. Using Pax8’s five-pillar maturity model, participants assessed their current business maturity, identified what sets their organisations apart and focused on the priorities that matter most over the next 90 days.

Attendees left with practical next steps and a personalised roadmap designed to drive smarter growth with sharper focus.

The session reinforced an important truth: ambition often has plenty of fuel. Clarity is what turns it into momentum.

3. Culture Remains a Competitive Advantage

Technology continues to evolve. The importance of people hasn’t changed.

Technology continues to evolve. The importance of people hasn’t changed.
Women in Tech: Building Workplaces Where Everyone Thrives tackled one of the industry’s most persistent challenges: creating environments where talented women choose to stay, grow and lead. Rather than relying on a traditional panel discussion or keynote format, the session created space for leaders to work through the practical realities of psychological safety, inclusion and workplace culture together.

While the discussion centred on the experiences of women in technology, the broader takeaway applied across every organisation represented in the room. Businesses that foster belonging, trust and opportunity are better positioned to build resilient teams, healthier cultures and stronger long-term performance.
In an industry heavily focused on technological transformation, the session served as a timely reminder that people remain the foundation of every successful business.

The Work Has Already Started

Day One gave partners an early look at where Beyond EMEA and the channel ecosystem are heading.

Partners spent the day exploring new technologies, challenging long-held assumptions and sharing practical strategies for growth. Together, those moments showed that transformation starts long before the keynote, in the everyday decisions businesses make before they ever reach the mainstage.

If today’s conversations are any indication, Beyond EMEA is off to a strong start.

What’s Ahead for Day Two?

Hosted by Pax8 CVP of Partner Experience Rob Rae, Beyond EMEA moves into its first full day tomorrow with an agenda built for the partner community. Expect big ideas, sharp perspectives and a closer look at the forces already reshaping the channel.

Pax8 President Nick Heddy will take the stage to unpack how culture, process and technology debt are holding partners back and what it takes to move faster.

Pax8 CEO Scott Chasin will turn to the managed intelligence era and the massive economic shift already underway as AI reallocates value across the economy.

Attendees will also hear Titanium Sponsor keynotes from Microsoft and SentinelOne, whose leaders will share their perspectives on emerging technologies, cybersecurity and the market shifts partners need to watch.

Tomorrow, the pace picks up. Explore the agenda and follow along as Beyond EMEA steps fully into the speed of ambition.
