Beyond EMEA 2025 just wrapped, and it was the biggest and best one EVER! We couldn’t have done it without the support of our partners and vendor sponsors. Thanks to you all, we were able to over-deliver on our promise of community, education and innovation. You can find some highlights below and be sure to check out our Beyond EMEA 2025 livestreams here!
Pax8 Innovation Keynote
Day 2 at Beyond EMEA kicked off with a burst of energy as Chief Experience Officer Craig Donovan and Chief Product Officer Libby McIlhany took the stage for the Innovation Keynote — a deep dive into the technologies, ideas and partnerships shaping the next chapter of Pax8.
After a first day packed with announcements and big vision, this morning was about momentum: how partners can move from inspiration to activation, turning the promise of AI and the Managed Intelligence era into action. Together, Craig and Libby unveiled the next wave of innovation, from Public Storefronts, Marketplace Chat, the Integrations Hub and the Pax8 Agent Store to new enablement and loyalty programs like Microsoft OneCloud Guided Growth and Voyager Alliance Rewards; each designed to help partners lead confidently into the future.
SentinelOne Keynote: The New AI Threat Landscape
SentinelOne SVP of Threat Operations Steve Stone revealed how attackers are rapidly adopting AI to scale cyberthreats, from generating malicious code and executing large-scale fraud to social engineering campaigns. He highlighted the rise of large language model (LLM) hijacking, dark LLMs and resource hijacking, which impose significant costs on victims and enable new forms of attack. Stone warned that “AI is demonstrably lowering the bar for attackers,” fueling everything from fraud and scams to empowering both nation states and criminal groups. He concluded by urging organizations to accelerate their defenses, focus on their data and identities and adapt quickly in this new terrain.
SuperOps: The Human Advantage in an Agentic Future
For the final mainstage keynote, Damo Vasudevan, Vice President of Products at SuperOps, explored how AI agents are transforming the MSP landscape while emphasizing the importance of retaining the human touch. He highlighted the challenges partners face today: tool sprawl, talent shortages and rising customer expectations; and positioned AI agents as a way to supercharge teams. SuperOps showcased its Agentic AI Framework, which organizes AI by levels of autonomy, from informational assistants to fully autonomous agents that act and adapt contextually. Damo concluded his talk with a call to build the future together, scaling both AI and human expertise for lasting partner success.
Breakout Sessions Partners Are Talking About
Agentic Evolution — MSP to MIP: A Framework for Agentic and Integration Success
Pax8 leaders Tyler Kron and Josh Hollander unveiled a practical framework to help MSPs thrive in an AI-driven future. They emphasized that automation and intelligence are the “twin engines” powering the next evolution of managed services, urging MSPs to move beyond manual operations and embrace AI-powered workflows. Featuring practical demos, attendees learned how the Pax8 Integrations Hub and MCP Server can unify tools, automate repetitive tasks and deliver actionable insights — transforming data into strategic value.
From MSP to MIP: Assess and Manage Your Transformation Risks
Irene Casanova, Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Pax8, outlined why evolving from a managed service provider (MSP) to a Managed Intelligence Provider (MIP) is now a business imperative. She introduced the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) log as a practical framework for systematically identifying and managing threats at every stage of change. “A risk without an owner is very expensive,” Casanova noted, highlighting the importance of accountability in change management. Using real-world examples, like new AI-native competitors, shifting customer needs and internal capability gaps, she showed how to use RAID to clarify ownership, prioritize risks and build actionable plans for growth.
Inside Voyager Alliance: Where Innovation Fuels Growth
In their session, Tony Zubek, Senior Director of Loyalty Programs, and Martins Reimanis, VP of Partner Experience EMEA at Pax8, pulled back the curtain on the next evolution of Pax8’s partner ecosystem. Built to meet partners where they are, the program features five tiers and grows alongside each partner’s journey, unlocking new benefits over time. Attendees learned how to earn and redeem rewards points, with vendors Dropsuite, Nerdio, CrowdStrike, Sophos, Check Point and SentinelOne already on board. And with exciting redemption options like Pax8 Academy courses and professional services on the horizon, Voyager Alliance marks the start of a smarter, more personalized era of partner growth.
Calling Future MIPs: Practical Steps to Kickstart Your Managed Intelligence Journey (Back by Popular Demand!)
Condensing all of Data and AI Guided Growth into 30 minutes, Andy Readman, Data & AI Director of Pax8 Academy EMEA, helped attendees make the mental shift to MIP. Packed with practical strategies, this session challenged MSPs to move beyond break-fix and managed services, focusing instead on identifying valuable problems, exploring innovative solutions and defining a new outcome-based approach. Both your customers and their data will be at the heart of AI success. As an MIP, you must become obsessed with customer success and start looking at their data as an asset (not just a liability).
Responsible and Ethical AI: Unlocking Innovation
Michelle Correia, Vice President of Legal and Global Data Protection Officer at Pax8, and Jason Magee, CEO of Cynet, explored how responsible and ethical AI practices are unlocking innovation across industries. They discussed the growing complexity of global privacy and AI regulations, urging organizations to prioritize leadership, oversight and transparency in their AI strategies. The session outlined practical approaches for buying, using and building AI responsibly, including robust intake processes, vendor security, explainability and record keeping.
Cybersecurity Day 2 Sessions
At Beyond EMEA 2025, cybersecurity experts underscored the urgent need for stronger defenses and more inclusive teams across three pivotal sessions. In Empowering Small Businesses and Diverse Talent, leaders from Pax8 and IASME discussed how small businesses can enhance protection through the Cyber Essentials scheme and neurodiverse hiring. In Giving Swords to Our Future AI Overlords, Pax8’s Matt Lee and Eric Stevens revealed how AI systems and prompt injections can create real-world security risks, calling for new frameworks to defend against adversarial AI. Finally, Creating the Super Cyber Criminal featured Ian Thornton-Trump’s warning that as AI grows smarter, so do cybercriminals, demanding ever-evolving strategies and awareness from defenders.
Fireside Chat with Steven Bartlett
Harald Nuij, CEO of Pax8 EMEA, sat down with entrepreneur and The Diary of a CEO host Steven Bartlett, whose show is the second biggest host-led podcast across all platforms, to discuss how unconventional thinking and experimentation can fuel growth and innovation. Bartlett reflected on his own entrepreneurial journey and lessons from leaders like Jeff Bezos, urging MSPs and technology partners to design organizations that can disrupt themselves, noting the importance of “moving at the speed of technology and change” and building cultures that reward experimentation over fear of failure. He emphasized the need to use AI and agentic technologies to drive inclusion and opportunity, not inequality. Closing the session, Bartlett shared how peak performance starts with the basics, stressing that “everything — from creativity to decision-making — is downstream from the thing called sleep.”
Making Connections at the Exhibit Hall
45 top vendors took over the Exhibit Hall, providing detailed demos and incredible swag to attendees. The hall was buzzing with excitement, networking and solution stacks expanding.
