As 2023 draws to a close, it’s a good time to stop and take a moment to reflect on our achievements in the EMEA region over the past 12 months. It’s been a year of growth and expansion for Pax8, and we’ve selected some of our top highlights below.
Building the Pax8 partner community across Europe
It is our mission to bring the world-class Pax8 experience to as many Managed Service Providers (MSPs) across our region as possible, and in 2023 we witnessed remarkable growth not only within Pax8 but also in our regional partner communities.
Our partner base has expanded across all regions to meet the growing demand for top-tier cloud solutions, and in response to this we’ve broadened our regional footprint. We have expanded into the Nordics and DACH markets and we’ve also set up four new Pax8 office spaces across Europe:
- Stockholm, Sweden
- Frankfurt, Germany
- Riga, Latvia
- Derby, UK
Our offices not only bring our people closer, but they also bring innovation closer to our partners and serve as vibrant hubs for collaboration, strengthening relationships, and building communities.
On visiting the new Riga office, Pax8 Global CEO and Co-founder, John Street, said, “The opening of our Riga office is a major achievement for Pax8. It underscores our commitment to Europe and represents a pivotal step forward in our global expansion strategy. I am thrilled to inaugurate this new office, poised to become a central hub for our expanding community in the Baltics, as we persist in empowering our partners to accelerate growth, increase efficiency, and reduce risk.”
In addition to regional expansion, Pax8 also marked a milestone in its strategic growth with the acquisition of award-winning global Dynamics partner, Bam Boom Cloud in February. This acquisition created a new market opportunity for MSPs to easily add new lines of business services offerings leveraging Bam Boom Cloud’s Microsoft Dynamics expertise.
Empowering partners through knowledge
Pax8 Academy launched this year in the UK, offering partners access to a wealth of world-class, On-Demand resources to help unlock their growth. Pax8 Academy offers an entire support team of MSP experts, coaches, and peers to help propel you — and your business — forward.
Pax8 Academy Peer Groups are also coming soon to EMEA. This represents an exciting opportunity to build strong communities of likeminded partners and empower them to drive strong business growth by sharing their knowledge with the support of Pax8 industry experts.
World-class events
From outstanding venues to extraordinary experiences, this year we brought world-class events to our partners across EMEA.
- Cybersecurity Masterclasses launched in the Baltics and DACH regions, emphasising our commitment to innovation and security and supporting partners to protect themselves and their clients.
- Three UK Mission Briefings were held this year at the Edinburgh Royal Botanic Garden, the Etihad Stadium in Manchester, and the Williams F1 Conference Centre in Oxford. These inspiring venues provided the setting for partners to learn tips, tricks, and proven strategies to increase sales and create a secure tech stack.
- The Benelux Mission Briefing event was held this year in Amsterdam at the Heineken Experience, which also facilitated our first ever gathering of Nordics partners. We are excited to offer more opportunities for our regional partners to connect in 2024.
- Bootcamps launched this year in the UK, empowering our partners for success with Microsoft Azure, Business Applications, and Modern Workplace.
11 new vendors added to the Marketplace
11 new vendors were added to the Pax8 Marketplace this year across all EMEA regions, representing our constant dedication to enhancing our solution offerings. Partners now have access to an ever-expanding portfolio of first-class cloud products, which will ultimately drive growth and transform business performance.
