Pax8 Enhances Partner Engagement Initiatives with Renewed Partner Experience Team

DENVER, CO (June 9, 2025)Pax8, the leading cloud commerce Marketplace, today announced its elevated commitment to partner engagement and partner listening with a series of new and enhanced programs driven by Pax8’s partner experience team that will now be led by Rob Rae, Pax8 Corporate Vice President of Community and Partner Experience. Rob Rae will report to Craig Donovan, Chief Experience Officer. 

“We have always listened to our partners since the company began – partner feedback has been instrumental in how we’ve built the Marketplace and created existing support and enablement programs,” said Donovan. “But we never rest on our laurels and are always seeking ways to be even better for our partners, so I’m excited that Rob and his team of community engagement leaders will now lead partner experience to increase our level of engagement with a combined effort and more resources to drive partner success and satisfaction.” 

Pax8 continues its legacy of partner engagement, enablement and support, while now increasing its focus with a larger partner experience team that will lead: 

  • The Pax8 Partner Voice Network, a new partner feedback program and system that consistently gathers input from our partner community. The goal is to continuously drive improvement and aggregate response data so partners can compare experiences with their peers. Attendees at this year’s Beyond conference will be the first to have the opportunity to enroll in the Partner Voice Network.  
  • The Pax8 Partner Advisory Council (PAC) will be updated with a revised format, frequency and participation guidelines, now led by Rae and his community engagement team. 
  • The Pax8 Facebook community page will be updated with increased proactive two-way communication from members of the partner experience team to empower Pax8 partners with additional ways to engage.
