The newly designed collaborative office space, located at Palazzo Verdi, 6363 South Fiddlers Green Cir, Greenwood Village, reflects the company’s rapid growth, vision toward the future and investment in its employees and partners—all with the steadfast commitment to the thriving business community in this region.

Demand for office space is expected to be 13% lower in 2030 than it was in 2019; thus, hybrid work is here to stay, as reported by a McKinsey & Company study in 2023. In a follow-up 2025 article, McKinsey proposes the four critical attributes of the offices of the future: “They need to be spaces with purpose, for connectivity, that are digitally enhanced, and that are oriented around sustainability.”

- Collaboration areas, including lobby lounge and “collision spaces”
