Pax8 2025 Year in Review

2025 has been another incredible year. We’ve been enabling partners with the technology, relationships and the AI-driven innovation they need to scale, compete and win.

Here’s how we’ve done it this year.

Beyond EMEA Amsterdam

Community is everything at Pax8, and Beyond returned to Europe with a bang in October 2025, with Amsterdam as our host city. The three-day, sell-out event gave MSPs from across Europe the opportunity to take part in immersive workshops and boardroom sessions on leadership, marketing, cybersecurity and managed intelligence. MSPs enjoyed a keynote talk from Steven Bartlett, star of The Diary of a CEO podcast, while networking and exchanging ideas in breakout sessions, making new connections and strengthening their knowledge through a shared approach.

Innovation in the Pax8 Marketplace

In June, we launched two new features for the Pax8 Marketplace, which allow partners to enhance their agility and efficiency and drive growth.

• Public Storefronts: offer built-in lead generation through “Contact Us” functionality, customisable branding options, and a simple five-step activation process through the Marketplace interface. Partners can leverage their existing storefront content without the need to manage separate catalogues.
• Integrations Hub: securely connect tools using OAuth-based authentication (an open standard for secure, delegated access to user information), subscribe to events and leverage webhooks to access automation triggers that streamline operations.

European expansion

Globally, Pax8 now has 47,000+ partners, and our growth across EMEA continues to rise.

We’ve added two more European offices to increase our local presence and strengthen connections with our partners.

You can now find Pax8 offices in Zurich and Dublin.

In addition to our new offices, we’ve added several new team members to bolster our EMEA team, facilitating growth across the region and supporting our partners.

Our commitment to local integration remains ongoing, with the Pax8 website now localised for Dutch partners and the Dutch market.

Community like no other

The Pax8 community has shown up in 2025. Our events programme continues to enable partner growth, education and capability across the continent.

63 MSPs attended an in-person Mission Briefing at The Gherkin, London’s iconic business venue. Team members from Pax8 Academy and Sales, plus representatives from Microsoft and a range of vendors, helped partners stay ahead of Marketplace enhancements, network with other MSPs and explore how to scale their businesses via industry insights.

Stockholm also hosted an in-person Mission Briefing in November. With presentations from the Pax8 Academy team, MSPs learned more about the future of AI, met vendors and networked with partners from across the Nordics.

We launched Bootcamps in the UK, Ireland and EMEA. Our first in-person Bootcamps were delivered in the UK and gave Voyager Alliance partners the chance to experience live demonstrations of Microsoft 365 and Azure deployments, enhance their ability to design scalable, secure and efficient cloud solutions and learn best practices for deploying Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop.

These workshops were also replicated virtually for EMEA partners, giving them the same opportunities wherever they were located.

From MSP to MIP: a new blueprint for success

We revealed the Agentic Inflection Point Report to help forward-thinking MSPs reposition themselves from traditional break-fix support to Managed Intelligence Providers.

The report shows MSPs the capabilities and processes they need to make the transition to MIP and thrive.

The route to becoming an invaluable business partner to clients is often time-consuming and involves trial-and-error. In 2025, Pax8 made the transition simple, repeatable and scalable for MSPs.

Security 360

The launch of Security 360 has given every Pax8 partner the opportunity to scale and safeguard their security posture.

Through 1:1 enablement and education, partners can achieve compliance with the latest security regulations and compliance frameworks, including NIS2, DORA and CIS Controls, and grow their security offerings.

Security 360 offers world-class cybersecurity support for MSPs, reducing their risk and increasing business opportunities.
