The list recognizes individuals from a wide spectrum of multicultural backgrounds who are driving DE&I in the communications and technology channel through their words, actions, and leadership. Hoffman\u2019s recognition stems from her exceptional leadership and commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and trust as she works to amplify the voices of underrepresented individuals and promote equality and justice in the workplace and beyond.<\/p>\n

Since becoming Vice President of Social Impact in 2022, Hoffman and her team have been instrumental in advancing Pax8’s efforts to promote inclusivity and social change. This includes launching six Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support employees with shared interests or backgrounds, advocating for equality and justice in company policies, and mentoring leaders on inclusive leadership. Furthermore, Hoffman is preparing to establish the company’s inaugural Global DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) Council in 2024, aimed at fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture. Lastly, she has played a vital role in driving Pax8’s corporate social responsibility initiatives by collaborating with over 300 non-profit organizations worldwide.<\/p>\n

The Channel Futures DE&I 101 list was created to spotlight the efforts of dedicated and determined individuals working to eliminate discrimination in the industry. Many of these individuals work behind the scenes and too often their efforts go unacknowledged. This list raises the visibility of individuals who are truly at the center of change in the industry.<\/p>\n
