As traditional IT shifted to cloud-first technologies, the managed service provider (MSP) saw the limitations of legacy distribution. They needed a partner that could offer more than transactions and enable long-term growth.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe were looking for a new partner to help us step up our game,\u201d said Nicolas Laflamme, Director of Sales, Solulan. \u201cWe looked at traditional distributors, but we wanted someone to offer more support and guidance to act as a strategic partner.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>How Pax8 Helped<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Their search for a new cloud-based distributor led them to Pax8. Pax8\u2019s deep vendor relationships and technical expertise helped Solulan navigate the complexities of Microsoft\u2019s New Commerce Experience (NCE), which simplifies Microsoft licensing with seat-based offers and term-based pricing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe had about four calls with Pax8 before we agreed on a partnership,\u201d Laflamme said. \u201cFrom that first call to every call since, the relationship with Pax8 has been consistently wonderful. Everyone is dedicated to seeing us grow.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When NCE changes disrupted the channel, Pax8 stepped in with webinars, meetings and tailored guidance. Solulan leveraged these resources to convert opportunities and maintain client trust.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPax8 had all the right resources during the issues we all faced with NCE in 2022,\u201d Laflamme said. \u201cThe webinars, meetings and other communication methods provided by Pax8\u2019s expertise enabled us to convert on many opportunities during that
