Each tier offers a tailored range of benefits designed to enhance your experience and drive your success, ensuring that the support and services you receive align with the size and complexity of your business.<\/p>\n<p>The program includes four partner tiers \u2013 Ignite, Velocity, Titan, and Galactic \u2013 as well as a fifth \u201cmembership\u201d tier called the Alliance Member. On November 4th, you\u2019ll be able to view your tier and its details in the Pax8 Voyager Alliance tab in your Marketplace Partner Profile. Only partner admins and primary admins will have access to the total purchase amount.<\/p>\n<p>New partners will start in the launch tier and undergo a 90-day evaluation period, after which they\u2019ll be assigned a level based on purchases made during that time. Partners will retain the perks of the highest level achieved throughout the calendar year.<\/p>\n<p>As part of this launch, several updates will go live in November. To offset credit card fees in the Americas, we will implement a surcharge. For Alliance Members in the first tier, where spending doesn\u2019t fully cover the cost of the experience we deliver, a small fee\u2014similar to the price of a Netflix subscription\u2014will ensure we continue providing a world-class experience.<\/p>\n<p>These changes align with industry best practices and enable us to invest further in new programs, technology, and services.
