The newest features boost efficiency and convenience.<\/p>\n

We know that our platform is an important reason why MSPs partner with us. So, we make sure to continuously develop and add new widgets and features to the platform so that our partners will have the best experience every time they log in.<\/p>\n

In this article, we\u2019ll cover the newest updates to the Pax8 Platform<\/a> that improve performance, provide more features for our partners, and give users a better platform experience as they navigate our marketplace and research product information.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Significant Performance Boost for Pax8 Pro<\/h2>\n

Pax8 Pro was moved to its own microservice, which means Pax8 can independently deploy code to it and be more flexible through changes to the services. This restructured backend data model can accommodate much larger companies in Pax8 Pro, allowing us to scale the service across vendors and grab and store data significantly faster.<\/p>\n

Partners will see 100x performance increases in Microsoft data returning in the GAP analysis widget and the Microsoft tab on any company page. Specifically, larger tenants who previously took around five minutes to return data will now return in under 30 seconds.<\/p>\n

Catalog and Product Page Redesign<\/h2>\n

We have redesigned the catalog and product details pages to make it easier to find and learn about products we offer, not to mention a different look and feel. The catalog features product tiles that provide crucial information for partners at a glance.<\/p>\n

The addition of filters can help narrow down search results. The new product details page includes a more intuitive layout and the ability for more content, such as videos, comparison charts, resources, and much more, to be presented. We are currently in the process of Beta testing these features.<\/p>\n

\"Pax8<\/p>\n

Custom Roles and Permissions<\/h2>\n

A new Custom Role page allows partners to manage granular permissions for users on a per-user basis in Pax8 Platform. Partners can choose from a list of pre-made templates and make modifications to such or build out a custom role. This feature is being rolled out to meet numerous partner requests for this functionality.<\/p>\n

New Executive Dashboard Widget<\/h2>\n

A new widget is now available on the Executive Dashboard. The License Consumption\u00a0widget <\/strong>provides an easy, at-a-glance view of unused licenses by company.<\/p>\n
