In my role, I work strategically to make sure Pax8 employees have an incredible experience, from the moment they apply for a job throughout their career with us. I’ve been in tech since 2016 at two prior start-ups, but I have been in People Ops for over 15 years. I have two basic certifications in HR (PHR & SHRM-CP) and am especially proud of my Master’s in Strategic HR from the University of Denver. One fun fact about me: I love skateboarding.
